Copyright Law
Copyright law is one of the branches of private law, which have historically separated from the civil law and became relatively independent. Substantial content of this branch of law is the preparation and conclusion of contracts for work subject to copyright and thereafter the preparation and conclusion of license contracts regulating terms and conditions for any further re-use of the work.
