Corporate counselling shall include any and all services related to setting-up, changes and termination of activities of legal entities under the Commercial Code. It shall not be only a preparation of materials and documentation, but also consultation and evaluation of individual alternatives and selection of the most suitable solution for each particular case. - Changes related to all types of business companies and co-operative at the Commercial Registry
