Counselling related to bankruptcy
Counselling related to bankruptcy is a service provided to a client appearing either in the position of a creditor or a debtor. It shall be counselling provided during the sole bankruptcy proceedings, as well as during any other types of insolvency proceedings such as restructuring or discharge of natural persons debts.
We provide the client in the creditor‘s position with legal counselling prior his or her claim is stated in the bankruptcy proceedings, and thereafter we represent the client during the bankruptcy proceedings at meetings of the creditors, meetings of creditors committee, during the decision-making process of competent authority etc.
Professional advice on what insolvency proceeding is to be applied to his or her situation shall be assigned for a client in the position of a debtor, together with designation of a detailed strategy in the relevant proceedings. For instance, also preparation of restructuring references and restructuring plans form a part of the service. Special counselling related to discharge of natural persons debts may also be taken into account with these persons.
