Counselling related to divorce shall be a special example of representation at a trial in divorce proceedings and in any proceedings related thereto, in proceedings held for alimony of whatever type and in proceedings held for settlement of tenancy for entirety. All the above proceedings shall be especially hard for an emotional involvement of the individual participants. There are many cases, where a complete consultation is required by the participants to proceedings as they are not able to perceive the current situation on their own objectively and without prejudice. Provision of such service is many times a very complicated task, for which wide range of experiences and a human approach is required.
