Criminal law forms a separate system of criminal material law and law of criminal proceedings.
Criminal material law is a set of legal rules and regulations issued by the state for protection of important social relationships against any behaviour, which is dangerous for the society, and it defines the term criminal liability, merits of crimes, types of punishment and means of imposition, the presumptions of the criminal liability.
Law of criminal proceedings regulates process of the courts, public prosecution and investigating police officers during the process of crime disclosure, identification of a criminal offender and imposition of the punishments required by law. We offer representation in criminal proceedings, namely in preliminary procedure as well as at the trial at the court.
