Family law has separated from civil law as a relatively independent branch of law. Family law regulates common relationships incurred in a family, in particular the relationships between spouses and between parents and their children, which are resulting from the family co-existence. Even some similar relations are regulated by the family law, especially these incurred upon adoption of children.
In order to provide a qualified service, we offer "counselling at divorce" to our clients, which shall also include settlement of tenancy by the entirety following the divorce on request of the client, by means of concluding of an agreement between the ex-spouses or through negotiations with the counterparty so that the tenancy by the entirety could be settled.
