Labour law forms a system of rules and regulations governing social relations, which are established upon participation of the citizens in dependant work done for the employer. These are mainly labour relations such as employment relationship and agreements on work performed outside the employment relationship, which have to be concluded in compliance with the labour law principles and correctness of the labour relationships.
